The web, admin and data work you don’t have time for, handled.

I’m Jan, a virtual assistant from Bohol, Philippines. I’ve spent 17 years in IT and administrative roles in banking and government. I now bring that discipline to founders and small teams who need a dependable person behind the scenes.

How I can help

Four areas where my background lets me work independently, with little hand-holding.

Website management

Content updates, page edits and day-to-day upkeep on WordPress. I completed a 60-hour web content management course from the Department of Information and Communications Technology and I build websites from scratch.

Administrative support

Records, documents, schedules and follow-ups. I’ve worked as an administrative officer and assistant in government offices since 2017, where accuracy and deadlines matter.

Graphics and video editing

Since 2020 I’ve served as graphics and video editor on the DepEd TV Central Office technical working group, producing content for a national audience.

Data and reporting

Data analytics training, a computer science degree and years of database work. I can organize your data and make it easy to read and act on.

Systems and databases

Computer programming, system development and database development are my core skills. Useful when a spreadsheet has outgrown its job.

Small business support

Trained in diagnosing an enterprise and operations management through the Small Business Counselor’s Course. I understand how a small business actually runs.

I started in banking IT in 2008 and spent over eight years at First Consolidated Bank, moving from ICT Assistant to ICT Specialist III. I then moved into public service, first at the DepEd Bohol Division Office and now at the Provincial Government of Bohol.

Those years taught me to work carefully with sensitive information, follow procedures, and finish what I start. I’m now offering that reliability to clients outside the Philippines and to local businesses that want remote, dependable support.

I’m a programmer at heart, so I look for the repeatable parts of your work and make them simpler.
